"In 1889, a North American Indian is in Paris. Billy Powona has just spent two years on the construction site of the Eiffel Tower; now he is preparing to leave the capital with Alice La Garenne, a touching and pretty cabaret singer by his side. This young woman performs at La Bête à Bon Dieu, a nightclub located in Montmartre. Billy's love for La Garenne is mutual. This beautiful story could have had a happy ending. But there is Nic, the hateful Nicephorus Palamas with his golden teeth, his disdainful lips and his evil demeanor. To see La Garenne escape him, to be happy far from him... it is impossible for this spoilsport who smells of death. Nicéphore Palamas kills Alice's brother, stabs Alice before suffering the anger of Billy, who in a few minutes loses everything. The story ends at the top of the Eiffel Tower; Billy the Indian, riddled with bullets, chooses to leap into the void with the love of his life in his arms."
